Our second story arc comes to its thrilling conclusion when we find Captain Punishment in great peril after the events of MAGISTRATE MELANCHOLY'S faux trial. In a bizarre twist, Abel Carrington awakens, having his own heated issues with the Magistrate. And...just when you think it couldn’t get any worse, Dr. Intense returns to wreak havoc as well. Looks like this long day just got longer for our heroes.
