Homosexual-hate preacher Ted Snelps of the West Bigot Christ Disciples attacks Skagg City, turning it's citizens into hate-monger, zombie versions of himself. Out of options, the government calls upon legendary super-spy Mick Fierce to find a solution. Fierce's latest protegé, Special Agent Larry Lardman, discovers that the only man to ever escape Snelps was Francis Townhouse AKA Captain Punishment. Fierce and Lardman find the elusive, retired Punishment, but does he really want to be found?
